Reflex Servers is relatively new, but is already making a good name for itself. Feedback has been very encouraging and we continue to make improvements and better customer service.
We offer a 7 day money back guarentee. If you're not happy with the product we'll try and offer a more suitable solution, but if you're not happy you can request your money back.
A 48 hour trial period can be arranged for most of our products, although you are recommended to contact out sales department to enquire.
Game servers and web hosting has been setup so that immediate deployment can happen, however virtual and dedicated servers may require further work and thus may take longer to be prepared.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account this can also be used.
This depends on the product and number of them. If you're looking to bulk order please contact out sales team to see whether an agreement can be found.
We offer a range of services; primarily hosting. When a product is purchased you will receive all of the technical support you need. We can also support customers with websites and databases, but do not currently offer a paid service in these areas.
If you need support please send in a support ticket. We aim to reply within 12 hours, but this is usually significantly less. If you have Steam you can also join our steam group and talk to our support directly.
